1 Introduction

Welcome to BQ999 (referred to in these Terms as "BQ999", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). BQ999 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under international licensing. The platform offers a range of gambling products including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and specialty games.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules, rights, and obligations that apply to all users of BQ999. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and BQ999.

BQ999 is not licensed, regulated, approved, or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Players located in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction. This document does not constitute legal advice.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the BQ999 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, inclusive of real-money funds and any credited bonus funds, displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, free bets, or other incentive offered by BQ999 subject to associated promotional terms.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and other gambling products available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification procedures applied by BQ999 to comply with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses or uses the BQ999 platform.
• "Platform" means the BQ999 website, any associated mobile application, and all related services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be played through before they can be withdrawn, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the BQ999 platform — whether by visiting the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

If you are accessing BQ999 on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. BQ999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where acceptance of these Terms cannot be confirmed.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on BQ999, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business entity for commercial gambling purposes.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, or where BQ999 has determined it cannot legally offer its services.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of BQ999 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You do not already hold an active Account on BQ999. Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from BQ999.

5 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on BQ999, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid phone number.

You must not use a false name, a pseudonym, or another person's identity when registering. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. BQ999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify BQ999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. BQ999 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

BQ999 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, merge balances at its discretion, and void any wagers placed on a duplicate Account without prior notice.

6 KYC & Verification

BQ999 is required to apply Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with its international licensing obligations. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account dashboard showing your name, or a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or another institution).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. BQ999 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account if satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable period after request. Referencing Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah in this context is for documentation illustration only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account holder of the payment method differs from the BQ999 Account holder — are strictly prohibited. BQ999 displays balances in PKR for player convenience. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

Payment method references in the cashier (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC, USDT, and others) are provided as context for Pakistani players. BQ999 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time. Always verify available methods in the live cashier before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, bonus wagering requirement completion, and internal fraud and AML review. BQ999 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframe stated in the cashier for each method; however, actual processing times may vary. BQ999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. BQ999 reserves the right to apply transaction fees where applicable, which will be disclosed in the cashier prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

BQ999 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Each promotion will specify the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum deposit, minimum odds (for sports), time limits, and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be converted to withdrawable funds upon satisfaction of all wagering requirements.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any time unless the promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
• BQ999 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided this does not affect a bonus already accepted and actively being wagered by a Player.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, arbitrage across accounts, or exploitation of software errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

9 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games available on BQ999 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing streamed in real time. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed on individual game information pages where required by applicable licensing rules.

Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket bilateral series, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, domestic and international football, UFC, and other events — are offered subject to the rules of the relevant sport and BQ999's sportsbook terms. BQ999 does not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or partnership with the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or any sporting body, club, or athlete.

• Bets placed after the advertised start of an event may be voided at BQ999's discretion.
• In the event of a software malfunction or data feed error, BQ999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits per event, market, or game are displayed prior to bet confirmation and may change without notice for risk management purposes.
• BQ999's decision on the settlement of bets and game outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in these Terms.

10 Responsible Gambling

BQ999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players can access deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools directly from their Account dashboard. These tools are designed to help Players manage their gambling activity and remain in control.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, BQ999 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new Account, accepting marketing communications, and accessing gambling products for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BQ999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering multiple Accounts for the same individual, household, device, or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without BQ999's express written consent.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions rather than reporting them to BQ999 support.
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform to process funds of illegal origin.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content via any communication channel available on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to BQ999 at any stage of registration, KYC, or dispute resolution.

BQ999 reserves the right to close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated wagers and bonuses, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the BQ999 platform — including but not limited to the BQ999 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of BQ999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without BQ999's prior written consent.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BQ999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if BQ999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

BQ999's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BQ999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, regulatory compliance, or other operational reasons.

14 Privacy & Data

BQ999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

BQ999 will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the Platform and meet legal obligations.

15 Amendments

BQ999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BQ999 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, by notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account before the effective date of the change.

16 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BQ999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
